We only provide a replacement (not refund) under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged

The product received is incorrect

To be eligible:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

You must provide clear photo/video proof of the issue

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Return request must be approved by our support team before sending any item back

Customers may be required to bear return shipping costs unless the issue is from our side
